The Bar Association of Sint Maarten (Orde van Advocaten Sint Maarten) is the professional organization representing the legal profession.

It works to ensure the proper administration of justice by promoting ethical and effective legal practice. The Bar Association establishes regulations for the profession, oversees the training and professional development of lawyers, and contributes to maintaining the quality and oversight of legal practice.
